Myroslav Truchan’s book “Ukrainians in Poland after World War II (1944-1984)” is the author’s doctoral dissertation, which he successfully defended at the department of law and social studies at the Ukrainian Free University in Munich in 1985. The goal of this dissertation is to provide a picture of the lives of the Ukrainian population in the Polish People’s Republic after World War II.
